Agency & Media Partner Terms & Conditions
(Applicable to Agencies, Resellers & YouTubers)

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Marketing Agencies, SEO Companies, Web Developers, Branding Agencies, Business Consultants, and YouTubers (Media Partners) who purchase the Agency Plan on CityHub92.com.
By purchasing the Agency Plan, the Partner agrees to follow all platform rules, listing policies, and quality standards of CityHub92.
2. Who Can Apply for Agency Plan?
The Agency / Media Partner Plan is available for:
- Digital Marketing Agencies
- SEO Service Providers
- Web Development Companies
- Social Media Marketing Agencies
- Branding & Advertising Agencies
- Business Consultants
- YouTubers & Vloggers promoting businesses
- Influencers offering business promotion services
This plan allows partners to offer CityHub92 business listings to their clients as part of their service packages.
3. Purpose of the Agency Plan
The Agency Plan is designed to:
- Help partners offer additional online visibility to their clients
- Increase business exposure through web search
- Support SEO and digital marketing campaigns
- Strengthen brand presence on search engines
CityHub92 is a business directory platform. It does not guarantee sales, leads, or specific rankings.
4. Listing Quality & Content Requirements
All listings submitted by Agency or Media Partners must:
✔ Represent real, legally operating businesses
✔ Contain accurate and truthful information
✔ Include original descriptions (no copied content)
✔ Avoid keyword stuffing or spam techniques
✔ Follow CityHub92 Listing Rules
✔ Not duplicate existing listings
CityHub92 reserves the right to:
- Edit content for quality improvement
- Reject low-quality submissions
- Remove listings that violate policies
- Suspend accounts in case of repeated violations
5. Special Clause for YouTubers & Media Partners
YouTubers and influencers may:
- Offer CityHub92 listings as part of video promotion packages
- Add business details after featuring them in vlogs
- Promote their clients’ listing links in video descriptions
However:
- Fake businesses created only for backlink purposes are strictly prohibited
- Misleading claims such as “Official Partner” are not allowed without approval
- Automated or bulk fake uploads will result in suspension
6. Pricing & Reselling Policy
CityHub92 allows flexible reselling under the Agency Plan.
Partners may:
✔ Bundle listings within their marketing packages
✔ Offer discounted pricing to clients
✔ Include listing cost inside service packages
However:
- CityHub92 public pricing must not be misrepresented
- Partners must not falsely claim exclusive pricing authority
- CityHub92 is not responsible for financial agreements between partners and clients
7. Featured Listing Usage
If featured listings are included in the Agency Plan:
- Featured placement may be rotational
- CityHub92 controls homepage layout
- Featured listing does not guarantee specific traffic volume
- Placement priority may vary depending on platform design
8. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
❌ Fake businesses
❌ Duplicate listings
❌ Illegal services
❌ Adult, gambling, or prohibited content
❌ Bot-generated bulk listings
❌ Same contact details used for multiple fake entries
❌ Copyright violations
Violation may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Removal of all listings
- No refund eligibility
9. Responsibility & Liability
The Agency / Media Partner is fully responsible for:
- Accuracy of client information
- Handling disputes with their clients
- Updating expired or incorrect data
- Ensuring compliance with laws
CityHub92 is not liable for:
- Client dissatisfaction
- Financial disputes
- Contract disagreements between partner and client
10. Term & Renewal
- Agency Plan validity: 1 year from activation
- Renewal required before expiry
- Expired listings may be unpublished
- Non-renewed accounts may lose featured placement
11. Refund Policy
Agency Plans are generally non-refundable once activated, unless covered under the official Refund Policy of CityHub92.
12. Modification of Terms
CityHub92 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Continued use of the Agency Plan means acceptance of updated terms.
